Shipments are dispatched when all items are available so orders with an advance order item will be sent when the latest item is released.

Postage upgrades only upgrade the postage speed and not our processing time.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for items that are too heavy or large to ship to the desired location
If you wish to cancel an order you have received you must return the goods to Gifts For Geeks. Customers are liable for the cost of returns, unless the product is faulty.
We will accept returns if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. Customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession if the wish to return the product. We will accept opened packaging, as long as the contents is as new.
