We shall not be obliged to accept your order. If we do, your order will be accepted by us despatching the product to you. Where products are sent separately, our acceptance will relate only to those products actually despatched. Confirmation of orders will be sent to the email address supplied by you when the order was placed.
No claim for a refund can exceed the original amount paid or be attributed to costs other than of the costs of the goods purchased.

If you wish to cancel an order you have received you must return the goods to Gifts For Geeks. Customers are liable for the cost of returns, unless the product is faulty.
We will accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of delivery. Customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession if the wish to return the product. We will accept opened packaging, as long as the contents is as new.
The stated delivery times are a guideline only and not binding. Unforeseen stock shortages can effect delivery times. If this happens, we will notify you of any delay
