The R.I.S. Talvath is a Romulan science vessel. Under the command of Dr. Telek R'Mor, the Talvath conducted a 3 year mission in the Alpha Quadrant. While in Sector 1385, he discovered a micro-wormhole and was contacted by the U.S.S. Voyager. After conducting a number of transports with a test cylinder through the wormhole, he himself was transported to the Voyager.
